4 pro-abortion activists have pled guilty to vandalizing several pro-life pregnancy centers in Florida more than two years after damaging the centers. In a statement shared with Christian Post last week, First Liberty Institute announced that the vandals affiliated with the pro-abortion group Jane’s Revenge who defaced several pro-life pregnancy centers in Florida with graffiti two years ago pled guilty to charges of conspiracy and racketeering brought under the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances or FACE Act.
How encouraging that some of the activists who have vandalized these centers are being brought to some level of justice. Using the FACE Act is appropriate in these pregnancy care center cases. FACE didn’t apply to the firebombing of our office because we don’t deal with so-called “reproductive health services.” Kudos to First Liberty for bringing this civil lawsuit.
