On Monday the US Supreme Court agreed to hear a case that deals directly with laws passed in Tennessee and Kentucky that protect children struggling with gender confusion from cross-sex hormones and puberty blockers or being subjected to irreversible surgeries on healthy body parts and organs. Joseph Kohm, Director of Public Policy for Family Policy Alliance, says this is, quote, “one of the most important cases for protecting vulnerable children since the Dobbs decision overturning Roe v. Wade.”

Should the high court uphold these laws commonly known as Help Not Harm laws, that would mean that similar laws in twenty-one other states would also be deemed constitutional and would give the green light for other states to follow suit. Unfortunately, Governor Evers, pandering to liberal activists and their dangerous agenda, has now twice vetoed our state’s version of this law.
