On the Milwaukee Brewers’ website and scrolling on the bottom of televised games is the announcement that the team’s annual Pride Night is June eleventh at American Family Field. According to the promos, Aurora Health Care is presenting the event. The website indicates that the giveaway will be a Brewers Pride Flag, with the Brewers logo superimposed over the Progressive Pride Flag that represents transgendered individuals and the rest of the LGBTQ plus acronym.
For starters this is not a family-friendly event. This is the Brewers yielding to cultural pressure. But what really concerns me is that a major health care system is funding this event. Aurora is actually promoting lifestyles that are decidedly unhealthy, especially for gender-confused youth who think potent drugs or irreversible surgeries on healthy body parts will end their frustration.
