This week, the Clare Boothe Luce Center for Conservative Women released the results of a new poll. Among other interesting findings, the poll shows that even though thirty-two percent of eighteen to twenty-four-year-old women identify as liberal, seventy-four percent say every kid should have the opportunity to go to a school of their choice, regardless of their zip code, sixty-eight percent of young women plan to be married with at least one child by the time they’re thirty years old, and sixty-four percent think “hook-up culture” is harmful to women.
They may be doing so unwittingly, but today’s young women are embracing traditional and conservative values. While these percentages might have been higher in years past, the reality is the next generation is not completely buying the liberal ideas that the media, cultural, and education elites continuously push.
