This year Wisconsin Family Council is again sponsoring its Marriage Hall of Fame honoring both the institution and individual Wisconsin marriages that are lasting at least sixty years. Over the last two years, we’ve inducted over twenty couples into this unique Hall of Fame including a couple married well over seventy years. To apply for entry into the Marriage Hall of Fame just submit an online application at wifamilycouncil.org. The deadline to apply is February 19th. Inductees will be announced by the end of February.
Extolling marriage this way is one of the most exciting initiatives we’ve ever done. We love reading the couples’ stories of how they met and their advice for how they’ve made their marriage go the distance. We issue a statewide press release announcing the inductees, highlighting the longest married couples and post their pictures and stories on our website.
