Christmas is nearly here! Are your holiday traditions changing? While sometimes necessary, changing long-observed traditions can be hard. It’s even ok to mourn the lost traditions, but then begin establishing new ones, while also honoring, as possible, the, older traditions. This is an exciting time, but it also comes with some stress, and dealing with changing traditions, whatever the reason, can definitely be stressful.
