A mother in the Eau Claire Area School District filed a complaint on Monday, alleging the district violated open records law and failed to inform parents about the 125xteacher’s gender transition announcement. According to the complaint, on June fifth, all orchestra students at Northstar Middle School were required to meet in the orchestra room with their orchestra teacher and two other school officials, where the middle school students were informed that their orchestra teacher would be undergoing a “gender transition.”
The message went beyond this one room and one school. Apparently, music students at three elementary schools and one high school were also read a scripted statement regarding the teacher’s gender transition. This type of nonsense needs to stop. School officials are not parents, and they have no right to usurp their authority and brainwash and offend like this.
