Did you know that God promises you hope? In Romans 8:39 the Bible tells us that, “Neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus.” Here’s the truth: when we place our trust in Jesus and Him alone, He is always with us. He never leaves us or forsakes us. Ever since that first Christmas that God Himself stepped onto this earth, born as a baby in Bethlehem, our hope was manifest in Jesus. He came, he lived a perfect life, He died on the cross in our place, and rose again, and is in Heaven now offering us new life. And it is this new life that becomes the fountain of hope within us.
