“Let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us, fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith. For the joy set before him he endured the cross…” These verses in Hebrews 12 clearly show us our greatest example of commitment at all cost, and that is our Savior Jesus. He endured trials and suffering for the sake our being saved. And we have the great privilege to tell others this wonderful news—that Jesus died on the cross for our sins, and purchased eternal life for us. We should be excited to do so! Yes, it can be scary—there can be a cost that comes with sharing the Gospel with others. But Jesus knew there would be a cost and it didn’t stop Him. He laid down His life willingly, and so we should do the same and use our lives to lovingly and boldly share the Gospel with others.
