Every testimony is important. For some of us, we came to have a relationship with Christ later on in life. We have a clear “before” and “after” when Jesus came into our hearts. But did you know, this is not the only testimony that God uses? If you grew up knowing Jesus from a very young age, I want you to know that your story matters too. It’s often thought that these are “less powerful” than ones full of drastic and sudden change. However, it’s just not the case at all! You have a lifetime of stories sharing the benefits of having a relationship with Christ. Chris grew up in the church and was saved at a very young age. When he experienced a huge betrayal in his life, Jesus gave him the peace that passes all understanding. It brought Chris through that difficult situation where it would be easy to give up to despair. And he knows from Christ’s promises in His Word that he’ll be in heaven for eternity.
