“From generation to generation of those who fear the Lord…” If you are an avid Bible reader, this is a phrase that you may have come across. In fact, throughout the Bible, God talks about truths that surpass generations. And one of these unfortunately is the reality of our sin. The curse that started with Adam continues to be spread to every human. We all are guilty of sinning against God. And in Exodus 34, He tells us that God is just and cannot leave the guilty unpunished. The only way to break free from the bondage of sin that plagues each generation is the cross work of Jesus Christ. And this shows us the importance of the Gospel! Because the Good News is that Jesus offers everyone the free gift of eternal life if we’ll put our trust in Him. And we have the privilege to be the messengers of His amazing grace. Not sure how?
