In today’s world, it’s common to feel isolated. In an age where it seems we should be the most connected due to the internet, social media, and FaceTime, we actually are less. And as the church, it should be different. We are called to come alongside one another to encourage, edify, and spur each other on. And when we do, our communities are changed to the glory of God. When we encourage each other to grow in our relationship with God through reading the Bible, praying together, coming together in fellowship, worshipping our amazing God, and sharing the Gospel with our communities…well, things change. Neighbors are reached out to, coworkers hear about the love of Jesus, and cities start to look just a little different as Christians come together to be the church. That’s a beautiful picture.
