Manuals

Do you ever wonder what sort of people write owners manuals? One baby walker owner’s manual gives step by step instructions on how to store the walker. Step one it said was to remove the baby.

Some manuals can be more useful than others. For more expensive items it’s a good idea to keep the manual on file. Staple the sales receipt to the manual and then file it where you can find if there’s a problem. If your file gets too big, divide it into several files of electronics, appliances, yard equipment, and so on. Periodically purge your manuals file of those you no longer need.

There’s one manual you don’t want to file away. It’s the one God gave for getting through this life successfully and making it to Heaven. We need to use it every day. The Bible contains no frivolous instructions, just valuable information for people who want to redeem the time.
