You know you’re getting old if you can remember when phones had wires on them and TV’s had antennas.
Cordless is an increasingly popular way to operate. While most of us have had cordless phones in our home for years, many workplace phones still keep us tied to our desks. If that’s true for you, consider investing in a cordless phone for work. Even if you have a multi-line system, cordless phones are available and can give you the freedom to move about while doing your business.
Another telephone consideration is to place call forwarding on your home phone so that when your number is busy or you’re not at home calls will forward to your cell phone. Never missing a call might allow God to use you in a way he would not use a less accessible person.
Finally, consider making your cell phone your home phone. Depending on signal strength and available plans in your area, it might help you redeem the time.
