Did you hear about the shopper who was so meticulous she demanded a price check at the “Everything’s a Dollar” store?
Sometimes it pays to be a careful shopper and to know your prices. One way to be a savvy shopper is to take advantage of price matching policies offered by most major retailers. It’s where you take an add from one store and show it to the manager of a competing store. Depending on the store’s policy they will either meet or beat the competitor’s price.
This technique is good for saving money but it is also good for saving time. Why drive all the way across town to take advantage of a special when you could go to the closest store and get the same great deal. If you really want to save, take all the grocery store adds to a store with this policy and get everything in one place instead of driving all over town.
It’ll save you money and help you redeem the time.
