4 oz. broiled skinless chicken breast
1 cup steamed broccoli
1 Oreo cookie
Unsweetened tea

Midafternoon Snack:

The rest of the package of Oreos
1 qt of Rocky Road ice cream
1 jar of fudge

Dinner

2 loaves garlic bread

3 Milky Way candy bars
Entire frozen cheesecake eaten at the freezer

If you ignore some things they go away. One of them is your health. Everyone knows we should take care of our health through proper eating and exercise. Yet few of us put into practice what we know to do because of procrastination.

The best cure for procrastination is to live with a purpose. God has a plan for your life and you’ll likely need good health to accomplish it. That makes taking time for your health a good way to redeem the time.
