In Daniel 8:8-11, it is not talking about Daniel but is a prophecy about the little horn. This is not the little horn of Daniel 7:8 which is the Antichrist but is referring to Antiochus Epiphane, the Grecian leader that came into the Temple and desecrated it. It was also foretold in Daniel 11:21-35 which talks about Antiochus Epiphane and how the Maccabees rose up and wiped out Antiochus Epiphane and ran him out of town.
