It is true that the Spirit enters Ezekiel or comes upon him for power.
There was a different designation for the Spirit in Old Testament saints. The Old Testament does indicate that the Spirit of God enters in and takes up habitation in a believer.
In the New Testament, those who are indwelt (Ephesians 5, Colossians 3, etc.) by the Holy Spirit (Day of Pentecost to the Rapture) are Christians.
In the Old Testament, the Holy Spirit would come upon an individual, i.e., Ezekiel, for the purpose of empowering him for ministry.
