Welcome to Prophecy Q & A with Jimmy DeYoung!
- The Rapture of the Church is the next event on God’s calendar.
- The Tribulation, a seven-year period of time with three sets of judgments (seven seal judgments – Revelation 6 … seven trumpet judgments – Revelation 8, 9, 11 … seven vial judgments – Revelation 16) will be next.
- Out of the seventh seal judgment, comes the seven trumpet judgments.
- Out of the seventh trumpet judgment, comes the seven vial judgments.
- During the first three and a half years of the Tribulation period, there will be two witnesses that will preach on the Temple Mount in the city of Jerusalem; they will preach for 1260 days or three and a half years. At the end of the three and a half years, they will be killed, lying on the streets of Jerusalem for three and a half days. They will then be miraculously resurrected and taken into heaven.
- There will also be a false church (Revelation 17) headquartered in Rome, Italy, in the first three and a half years. The Antichrist will control it.
- There will be a battle at the end of the Tribulation period, an angelic war in the heavenlies (Revelation 12:7-17), and the archangel, Michael, commander-in-chief of the good angels, will be told by God to take Satan, the evil one, and throw him and his evil angels down onto the earth where they will start to persecute the Jewish people to try to wipe them out so that God cannot keep His promises (the Abrahamic, Davidic, Land, and the New Covenants) to the Jewish people.
- 144,000 male virgin Jews from the twelve tribes of Israel will spread across the world during the Tribulation period to teach the gospel of the kingdom (Matthew 24:14).
- The first half of the Tribulation period is Revelation 17, the ecclesiastical Babylon.
- In the last three and a half years of the Tribulation period, the seven trumpet judgments will happen (Revelation 8, 9, 11).
- The seven vial judgments will unfold (Revelation 16), culminating with the kings coming out of the East (Revelation 16:12), going to Jerusalem where all of the nations of the world will gather (Revelation 16:13-16), where Satan, Antichrist, and the False Prophet will use signs, wonders, and miracles to attract all of the nations of the world into Jerusalem.
- The last half of the Tribulation period (Revelation 18) will be a location on the earth that was established 4,500 years ago, by Nimrod after the Flood and will be the location where the Antichrist will rule an economic, political governmental system from the literal city of Babylon.
- All those who are alive will have to take an identification mark on the forehead or the back of the hand to be able to buy or sell.
- This culminates with the Lord destroying Babylon, the seventh vial judgment.
- Jesus Christ steps back on the earth (Revelation 19:11ff).
- The Battle of Armageddon takes place.
- Jesus Christ goes to Petra and gathers the Jewish people where they have been protected (Revelation 12:6); they will be brought back by the way of the East (Petra is east of Jerusalem) and into the Temple into the Holy of Holies.
- Jesus Christ will establish His kingdom.
- In Revelation 20:1-3, He tells an angel to bind Satan into a bottomless pit for 1,000 years.
- Jesus Christ will rule and reign with those of us who know Christ as Lord and Savior for those 1,000 years.
- At the end of the 1,000 years, Revelation 20:7-10, Satan is loosed for a season, is captured again, and then thrown into the Lake of Fire.
- The Great White Throne Judgment will unfold (Revelation 20:11-15).
- The Heavens and the Earth will pass away and will be burned up.
- A New Heavens and a New Earth and a New Jerusalem will be established (Revelation 21-22).
