Has the Prophecy of Psalm 83 Already Been Fulfilled During the War of 1967 Since the Participants Seem to Be the Same?

Welcome to Prophecy Q & A with Jimmy DeYoung!

The participants of Psalm 83, Ezekiel 38, and Daniel 11:40-45 were mostly all involved in the Six-Day War in 1967.

But these passages are not going to be totally fulfilled until after the Rapture of the Church, probably within the first six months of the Tribulation period. The three passages give us the complete list of the alignment of nations who will come against the Jewish people to try to annihilate them which happens in the first six months of the Tribulation period. It happens because they want to destroy the Jewish people. Psalm 83:4 says that the leaders of these nations will have a meeting and will come out saying that they need to wipe Israel off the face of the earth so that her name will be forgotten forever. In 2008, this statement was made public, quoting the Bible but not intentionally, calling for the nation of Israel to be wiped off of the face of the earth and her name be forgotten forever.

The timing of this is in Ezekiel 38:8-11 which talks about the Jews living in a time in Israel having peace. The only time that true peace will come to Israel is when the Messiah, the Prince of Peace, comes back at the end of the Tribulation period. The Antichrist (Daniel 9:27) will confirm a peace treaty with the Jewish people and their enemies, the neighbors of Israel, which starts the clock ticking on the seven-year Tribulation period. The Jewish people will be excited because there is peace, and the Messiah has come and will lay down their weapons. They will be living peacefully in unwalled villages.

The prophecies of Psalm 83, Ezekiel 38, and Daniel 11 were not fulfilled in the 1967 Six-Day War.
