All believers will return with Christ to reign with Him on earth during the Millennium. All Christians are caught up at the Rapture of the church. Then, some will come to know Christ during the seven-year Tribulation period but will not be called Christians. They will not be part of the bride that is married to Jesus Christ. They will be called Tribulation saints. If they die, they will be resurrected. If they are living, they will go into the Millennial Kingdom.
When believers today go into the heavenlies, we are married to Jesus Christ. 1 Thessalonians 4:17 says that we will be forever with Him. We never leave His presence. All believers will come back to reign with Christ on this earth. Those who come to know Christ during the Tribulation period will enter the Millennial Kingdom with a physical body, and Isaiah 65:20 says that they can have children. Some of the children will receive Christ as their Lord and Savior; others will reject Him.
However, they may be secret lost people and not tell anyone. If they try to rise up and kill someone, they won’t be able to since we will have a body like Jesus Christ who cannot be killed. They will not be able to commit sin like that under a theocracy. They will have to live by God’s law absolutely or die and go to Hades, waiting there to be sentenced to the Lake of Fire forever.
