Welcome to Prophecy Q & A with Jimmy DeYoung!
I believe that Christians need to do that. The proper interpretation of this parable is found in Matthew 25. These parables point to the judgment time after the Tribulation period for those Jews and Gentiles coming out of the seven years of the Tribulation. There will be people still alive after that seven-year Tribulation period. The ten virgins, five had oil in their lamps and they went out to meet the bridegroom, and he came. Five did not have oil in their lamps and the bridegroom says, “Sorry, I never knew you.”
The five with oil in their lamps would represent the Jewish people that are saved during the Tribulation period. They don’t become Christians. They are believing Jews, and they will enter with physical bodies into the Millennial Kingdom. In the sheep and goats parable, the sheep will be the believing Gentiles; the goats will be the lost Gentiles. The sheep will be the Gentiles who did, indeed, feed Jewish people and water them and go to them when they are in jail. This is evidence of their belief in Jesus Christ. The believing Jews and Gentiles that go with physical bodies into the Millennial Kingdom will have the capability of having a child.
Jimmy DeYoung was a prophecy teacher and journalist who travelled the country and the world educating the Body of Christ of the future events foretold in God’s prophetic Word. His goal was to equip Christians with the knowledge and understanding of what God’s Word says will happen someday soon, so that they can make better decisions today. Dr. DeYoung went home to be with his Savior on August 15, 2021.
