JD: Let’s go now to the clear and present dangers that you have been able to determine and your team, talk to us about that a bit.
BM: Clear and present danger that was a title that an author used years ago for a fictional portrayal of a threat posed during the Cold War. I would argue that it’s a clear and present danger today given that we have two primary advisories one in the Pacific and one in Europe. Of course that’s Russia and Vladimir Putin and his building up of a modern very sophisticated, very capable military pouring a line share of his discretionary money into building a very very capable military, one that is capable as ours in many ways. And of course when we aren’t there he has the opportunity like a fox in a hen house.
