When Biden was asked what his top priority was for his second presidential term, he responded: “Restore Roe. Abortion. Top thing we’ll do.” This is how Joe Biden kicked off his reelection campaign, listing his #1 priority: restoring Roe v. Wade and abortion on demand.
Biden wants to spend his political capital first and foremost on passing a federal law that would make tax payer funded abortion mandatory and remove any limitations on when you can get an abortion.
If that sounds insane, there is a good reason that Joe wants Roe: money and votes. An alternate theory for Biden’s answer to “what is your #1 priority” is that he is pandering to his base and his base is women. He doesn’t care about anything else.
He sees votes in Roe: at this moment in history, Biden is a man leading a women’s party. The Democrat Party focuses on women almost exclusively. (His campaign actually listed 3 priorities: restore Roe, limit gun rights, cheap insulin – these three pander to young women, suburban women, and black women respectively.)
Now, it used to be that a President would talk about the middle class and what they need. And a Democrat President would talk about unions and union jobs. No longer, because the focus of the Democrats has totally shifted.
This is why we should always follow the money: abortion big business Planned Parenthood of America gets almost $940 million US tax dollars each year. So, with our tax dollars, Planned Parenthood spends HUGE amounts to hire and employ Democrat-leaning workers. That’s their political army. Also, Planned Parenthood supports Democrat candidates directly in their elections. If you are pro-life and try to run as a Democrat, Planned Parenthood-affiliated folks will beat you. The last pro-life Democrat, incumbent Cong. Dan Lipinski was beaten in his primary by a Pelosi-AOC-Planned Parenthood candidate!
The pro-abortion stance isn’t an earnest pro-women stance. It’s a pro-big business position: the business of killing babies.
