The moment that the liberals and their favorite media gave up on Biden and lost hope in his ability to win the 2024 election was last November. Early in the month, the New York Times announced that Trump led Biden in 5 of the 6 swing states, sending a signal to all liberals that Biden must be replaced as the Democrats’ nominee for president.
The filing deadline for the New Hampshire primary had already passed, and Democrat insiders had little time left before their South Carolina primary on February 3 to coalesce behind a replacement. Meanwhile, “the world is falling apart under Biden,” as 53-year-old Spencer Weiss, a Pennsylvania voter who had switched his support from Biden to Trump, as quoted in the New York Times.
Biden has mishandled foreign crises from Ukraine to Israel, while letting in 10 million unemployed illegal aliens, more than the entire population of overcrowded Los Angeles County. He turned 81 years old in November and plainly lacks the mental acuity to still be president.
Biden and his supporters have pushed transgender access to girls’ restrooms and locker rooms in schools, which sparked a walkout by students in Loudoun County, Virginia. Last April, Biden proposed a federal rule under Title IX that would prohibit schools from categorically banning transgender students from invading girls’ sports.
The American people have been forced to enjoy a lower standard of living ever since Biden took office in January 2021. With the outbreak of wars, out-of-control inflation, and uncertainty about the future of American energy and wealth, Americans need a serious leader. The Democrats realized that Biden does not display the strong leadership that the people need, nor does he display the mental fortitude that the President of the United States needs to have. Once the liberals realized that he was yesterday’s news, they were left scratching their heads as to where they could turn next.
