The World Health Organization is promoting a pandemic treaty for all nations of the world to surrender individual sovereignty to a worldwide body to make your healthcare decisions and that of the world. In fact, next week, February 5th-9th, is the seventh meeting of the working group on amendments to the International Health Regulations. The document would be binding as international law.
Also on the international health front, world leaders gathered in Davos, Switzerland, at the World Economic Forum, and one of the topics of discussion was preparation for a worldwide pandemic known as Disease X. Alex described it as a hypothetical/theoretical disease that might be 20 times more deadly than COVID-19. It’s a “placeholder” that governments and international organizations are using to make preparations in terms of pharmaceutical preparedness and equipment. He also sees it as a pretext to justify some radical policy power grabs on the international level.
Jim provided audio from Tedros Ghebreyesus, the leader of the World Health Organization, as he spoke to the World Economic Forum. Alex unpacked the comments of Ghebreyesus in light of his background as he was one of the top leaders of a Marxist/terrorist organization in Ethiopia.
