Do you remember back a few years ago when the national health emergency was called? We were told we just needed “15 days to slow the spread.” Those 15 days morphed into 1,120 days as President Biden signed into law House Joint Resolution 7 this past Monday which terminates the national emergency related to the COVID-19 pandemic. He really was against this as he wanted the emergency to continue for at least another month, but with majorities in both the House and Senate passing the legislation, the President signed it.
Look at the impact of the national emergency. First we were told masks do not work, then we were told to mask, and then we were told to double mask. We were told which businesses were essential and which ones were not. The church was deemed non-essential as churches across the nation were forbidden to meet. Some could not even meet in private cars in church parking lots, but local abortion chambers were allowed open. Of course there’s the shot issue, where people all across this nation were terminated from their jobs for refusing the jab. Businesses placed all kinds of regulations based upon so-called guidance from the CDC. Some local units of government said “enough is enough” and went against this system. Many lawsuits were filed on behalf of many by our guest today.
We saw the havoc this caused in our nation. Certainly people took action to bring much to an end, but imagine if it was not your local or state or even federal government calling the shots, but suppose it was an international body? What kind of impact do you think you would have on such a body?
This past Friday, April 7th, 2023 marked the 75th anniversary of the World Health Organization. Its director, General Dr. Tedros Ghebreyesus, called for the creation of a global pandemic accord. He said humanity would “not be able to forgive ourselves” if we did not act upon the lessons learned during the Covid-19 outbreak. Ladies and Gentlemen, this so-called “accord” is fast advancing.
