–Anthony Kennedy announced his retirement from the Supreme Court Wednesday.
–President Trump to pick Kennedy’s replacement from a pre-existing White House
list of 25 candidates.
–Liberals are “melting down” over the announced retirement of Justice Kennedy,
especially as it relates to abortion.
–Leonard Leo, who’s on leave of absence from his position as Executive Vice
President of the Federalist Society, believes Kennedy’s replacement will be just
like Justice Neil Gorsuch.
–Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, called Kennedy’s vacancy the most
important Supreme Court vacancy in at least a generation.
–The Supreme Court voted 5-4 that state government workers, whether they joined
the union or not, cannot be forced to pay the so-called “fair share” fees to
support collective bargaining and other union activities.
–The major media wasted no time in blaming President Trump for the shooting in
the Annapolis news room.
–California Congresswoman Maxine Waters calls for people to confront Trump
officials while they’re doing everyday activities.
–Judicial Watch sent a hand-delivered letter to the chairman and co-chair of the
House Office of Congressional Ethics calling for an investigation as to whether
Representative Maxine Waters violated House ethics rules by encouraging violence
against Trump administration cabinet members.
–Arizona Representative Andy Biggs introduced a measure that would censure
Representative Maxine Waters and ask her to resign for inciting people to
publicly confront Trump administration officials.
–Maxine Waters announces that she’s canceling events due to death threats and
hostile mail that she’s been receiving.
–A writer for a popular, progressive news site is warning supporters of President
Trump that if they have a problem with the heckling of administration officials
in public places, they haven’t seen anything yet.
–31% of likely U.S. voters believe a second civil war is coming within the next 5
years.
–The latest resistance against President Trump’s 2020 election campaign includes
attempts in at least 25 states to pass a law that requires presidential
candidates to release their tax returns in order to be on the ballot.
–A sergeant at the Harris County Sheriffs Office in Houston was treated for
exposure to Fentanyl after touching a flyer left on the windshield of the car.
–In fiscal year 2017, more than 8,000 criminal, illegal aliens in police custody
were released due to sanctuary policies.
–Wisconsin Congressman Mark Pocan is introducing legislation to abolish I.C.E.
–The liberal push to abolish I.C.E., the federal agency that enforces our
nation’s immigration laws, is going mainstream in the Democratic Party with
Kirsten Gillibrand and Mayor Bill de Blasio adding their support to the cause.
–Abortionist Robert Rho pleaded guilty to criminally negligent homicide for
causing the death of Jamie Morales during a botched, second-trimester abortion.
