Deputy Director Andrew McCabe. The referral indicates the Justice Department
believes there is enough evidence to warrant the U.S. Attorneys Office to bring
charges of wrongdoing against McCabe.
–Nearly a dozen Republican members of Congress sent a criminal referral to the
Justice Department and FBI seeking an investigation of James Comey, his deputy
Andrew McCabe, ex-Attorney General Loretta Lynch, and Hillary Clinton in
connection with the 2016 campaign controversy.
