Last evening, members of the Congressional Black Caucus (specifically Congresswomen Gwen Moore of Wisconsin, Donna Edwards of Maryland and Alma Adams of North Carolina), came alongside some patients of Planned Parenthood and held a press conference to underscore what they termed Planned Parenthood’s vital work in African American communities.
Mark Crutcher has done some very thorough research and investigation on this very issue of Planned Parenthood and their relationship to the Black community. He is the founder and director of Life Dynamics which is widely acknowledged as one of the most innovative and professional pro-life organizations in America.
Mark may be best known for his bold undercover operations that have exposed shocking and even illegal activities inside the abortion industry. It was a Life Dynamics sting that caught Planned parenthood and others in the abortion industry operating a nationwide pedophile protection ring, and another one that documented how abortion clinics make extra profit by selling the body parts of the babies they kill. He has also produced Maafa 21 that exposes the Black genocide that’s underway in the 21st century. The success of Mark’s covert surveillance efforts led one New York newspaper to label Life Dynamics ‘the CIA of the pro-life movement.’
Mark began by presenting a brief history of Margaret Sanger and eugenics which began around the time slavery was being eradicated in America. At the time, those who had previously owned slaves were concerned that with the outlawing of slavery, releasing these individuals into society would collapse the economy.
When the idea of colonization (sending slaves back to Africa) was deemed unworkable, some people looked to Charles Darwin’s cousin, Francis Galton, who had developed the philosophy of eugenics. This is based on the theory that life begins at the lowest form of primates and moves up to the highest level of human which they considered to be the Aryan or the Mediterranean Caucasians. To Galton, the highest form of primate was the gorilla and the lowest human form was the Aborigine or the African and that the gap between these two forms of life was almost indistinguishable. So the theory behind eugenics is that the greater you make the gap between these two groups,the stronger you make the human race. Galton believed that the way to do this is to do away with those at the bottom end of the primate/human scale.
The ultra-wealthy continued to fund the eugenics movement and eventually they began to rely on birth control and sterilization. One of the individuals they recruited to help this process along was Margaret Sanger who, along with being a member of the American Eugenics Society, ran the American Birth Control League.
As sterilization moved along, America eventually developed sterilization boards (eugenics boards) in 33 states (back when there were 48 states). They were sterilizing people by the hundreds of thousands, the vast majority of which were Black. This continued until the early 1960’s.
Eventually the eugenics movement began losing the weapon of sterilization as courts began deeming forced sterilization as unconstitutional. At that point they turned their attention to abortion.
Ironically, the pro-life groups at the time were the radical civil rights groups such as the Black Panthers. In those days, Jesse Jackson called for a total ban on abortion and a constitutional amendment that would prohibit it. Then there was Elijah Muhammad who wrote a book called, ‘A Message to the Black Man in America’ where in 2 chapters he describes how White elitists were going to use abortion and birth control to wipe out the Black community.
Interestingly, when Jesse Jackson decided to run for president as a Democrat, his views changed. He went from saying that abortion is Black genocide created by rich White elitists trying to rid America of African American people, to saying a woman’s right to choose is the civil rights issue of our time.
Right now a Black baby in America is 5 times as likely to be aborted as a White baby is. In addition, Black women make up less than 13% of the female population yet they have almost 40% of all abortions.
Mark’s organization looked at the locations where all the population control centers have been placed in America by zip code. When breaking those zip codes down using census bureau figures to show the racial population of those areas, they found that these population control centers have been disproportionately placed in Black Communities and are now being placed in Hispanic communities.
In the end, Mark believes it’s literally impossible for someone to argue 2 things. First, that the legalization of abortion wasn’t driven by racial genocide and secondly, that it doesn’t continue to this day.
So for the Congressional Black Caucus to celebrate the efforts of Planned Parenthood within the Black community comes down to political expediency. It’s no different than for them to celebrate the Ku Klux Klan or the American Nazi Party. In fact, Mark noted that the American abortion industry wipes out more Black people in 4 days than the Ku Klux Klan killed in 150 years.
