I’m Bub Kuns, and today we’re talking about the benefits of a biblical marriage.
Husbands and wives benefit from God’s design of marriage — but so do CHILDREN. You see, children do best when they’re raised by a married male and female.
According to the research institute Child Trends, it, “is not simply the presence of two parents … but the presence of two biological parents that seems to support children’s development … family structure matters for children, and the family structure that helps children the most is a family headed by two biological parents … Children in single-parent families, children born to unmarried mothers, and children in stepfamilies or cohabiting relationships face higher risks of poor outcomes … There is thus value for children in promoting strong, stable marriages between biological parents.”
Statistically, a married mom and dad give their kids the best chance in life.
