Welcome!
I’m Bub Kuns, and today I’m talking about “cancel culture” again.
Many Christians — whether writers, speakers, or teachers — have recently found themselves “canceled” for expressing a biblical worldview.
As Author Joe Dallas wrote, QUOTE “The culture is embracing a new world vision, but we haven’t. So we’re charged with refusal to bend, and now, shocked and numbed by our recent arrest, we’re prepping for the trial. Are we ready?” END QUOTE.
Well, to get ready, Christians can do several things to prepare themselves to respond effectively to “cancel culture.”
First, study Scripture. Knowing God’s Word gives us the correct perspective on life and living.
Next, read reliable resources on science, literature, and politics written from a biblical worldview. This will help us answer questions with wisdom.
Finally, discuss issues with friends and family. This will likely open a door for us to share God’s truth with the lost.
How else should Christians respond to cancel culture? We’ll discuss that another time.
