In truth, when Darwin’s contribution to society is critically examined, the release of The Origin of Species is a legacy that should be marked, not as “profound,” but as an event that triggered a chain reaction of erroneous science and the devaluing of human life.
You’ll often hear the claim that “evolution” is undeniably true. We agree! Evolution is undeniably true … if it simply means that existing species can change in minor ways over time, or we mean that many species living today did not exist in the past.
But when we take a look at speciation (Darwin’s theory) , we can see the flaws from miles away.
