Welcome to Apologetics with Carl Kerby!
Today, we’re talking about the enemy’s strategies.
According to a recent Gallup survey, only 40% of Americans hold that God created man as recorded in Scripture — down from 47% in the mid-1990s. At the same time, the number of Americans who believe in atheistic evolution has nearly doubled.
The change has a lot to do with what kids are being taught in school. According to a Penn State University survey, 95% of high school science teachers reported promoting evolution, while only 14% of teachers teach creation as an alternative theory.
Satan is using the secular classroom to deceive many into believing man is just a cosmic accident—despite the scientific evidence that man was made by a sovereign God.
Now, more than ever, parents need to recognize their role in helping their kids know that it was God who “created the heavens and the earth.”
And what are other ways the enemy deceives? We’ll discuss them another time.
