Today, we’re talking about the case for the God of the Bible.
One of the best arguments for the biblical God is the human lives He has transformed. You see, unlike other religions, where followers try to work their way to Heaven and never know for sure if they will make it, Christianity’s God doesn’t demand His creation’s rigid conformity to external rules, but He simply changes people’s hearts through faith. Once hearts are changed, outside behavior quickly follows suit.
From cruel and hardened men becoming loving husbands and fathers to thieves and liars becoming men of integrity, the list of people whose lives have been changed by the biblical God is nearly endless.
As 2 Corinthians 5:17 says, “If any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.”
And what are other reasons to believe in the biblical God? We’ll discuss that another time.
