Today, we’re talking about apologetics from creation, specifically the Cambrian Explosion. You might be thinking, “CAMBRIAN EXPLOSION? That sounds like a military bombing mission!” Actually, CAMBRIAN refers to the first geological rock layer to show vast arrays of fossils like fish, worms, and shellfish. Now, if evolution were true, equal numbers of transitional forms of these creatures should be in the PRECAMBRIAN rock layer just underneath.
Except, it doesn’t! The Precambrian layer has NO TRANSITIONAL FORMS! Instead, the creatures in the Cambrian layer appear suddenly out of nowhere!
Kind of like GENESIS 1!
Even evolutionist Stephen. J. Gould admits:
The evolutionary trees that adorn our textbooks have data only at the tips and nodes of their branches; the rest is inference…not the evidence of fossils.
In other words, evolution is just wishful thinking, not science based on evidence!
