This week we’ve been looking at God’s “very good” design for the family. But what about families that are broken from divorce or death? Or couples that suffer from infertility. The list of family problems can go on and on.
But that’s where we have to understand biblical history. God created a “very good” world with a “very good” design for the family. But sin broke God’s very good creation and now everything—even the family—groans because of sin.
But there’s hope! God is sovereign and he saves from sin—and redeems even the saddest situations. And someday, he’ll make a new heaven and a new earth—where he’ll restore all things!
