It doesn’t take much to see that our culture in general hates God’s design for the family. They hate marriage between one man and one woman. They hate that marriage is designed for a lifetime. They deplore that sexuality is only to be expressed between a husband and his wife. They despise God’s Word that has commanded us to be fruitful and multiply—to have children.
And yet God’s design is good. Study after study shows that lifelong marriage—a mom and a dad—is the best for children. It’s the best design! And this just makes sense! God created us, he knows us, and he knows what’s best. That’s why he made family the way he did!
