All this week we’ve been looking at the idea that gender is something we can just change—girls can be boys, boys can be girls. But this isn’t true. God has created us either male or female. That’s what the Bible teaches—beginning in Genesis!
And it’s a truth confirmed by science. Males have XY chromosomes, females have XX chromosomes. All the drugs and surgeries in the world don’t change your genetics—they don’t make a man a woman, or a woman a man!
God has made you the way you are on purpose. You are fearfully and wonderfully made by him in his very image as either a male or a female! And that’s a good thing!
