Now, when I ask “where’s the inflation?,” I’m not talking about economics! Here’s what I mean.
Because of certain observations astronomers have made about the universe, those who believe in the big bang have what’s called the “horizon problem.”
Now, they’ve attempted to solve this with “cosmic inflation,” the idea that immediately after the big bang, the universe expanded faster than the speed of light. While this solves the horizon problem, it creates a new one for those who believe the big bang where’s the evidence for this inflation? Well, it’s nowhere! Zero!
That’s not surprising because the big bang never happened!
